Beauty Sleep Studio Policies

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment I ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Canceling without 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you no show your appointment you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. 

I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. If you are running late, please let me know. I may only be able to work on you for the remaining amount of time left in your original scheduled appointment but you will still be charged for the full appointment.

If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, I ask that you please reschedule your appointment. If you have to reschedule without 24 hours notice because of being ill, you will not be charged the cancelation fee. If you show up to your appointment showing cold or flu symptoms I will have you reschedule and you will still be charged for the appointment. I enforce this policy because I work very closely to all of my clients and it helps keep them and myself healthy.

As a courtesy to other clients and staff I ask that you do not bring children or other guests with you to your appointment. I thank you for your understanding.
